QERI is a synthetic index that transforms complex process data into a single, clear indicator, combining quality, energy efficiency, process stability, and sustainability into a single, actionable value.

A single, quickly readable number that can be translated into a decision.

How to read it. The system is in Safe status within the green ellipse, in Warning between the green and red dotted ellipses, and in Risk outside the red ellipse.

SAFE

The process performs in line with its nominal energy signature. No significant deviations were detected.

WARNING

Moderate deviation from the nominal energy signature. Increased monitoring and verification of any recent process changes are recommended.

RISK

An anomalous deviation from the nominal energy signature, with a probability of less than 1% being due to chance. A process audit is recommended.


Dynamic Process Simulation

We simulate how new data behaves within the system. Incoming observations are continuously mapped onto the existing model, allowing us to monitor the process in real time and instantly detect changes in performance.
